The platform is free for customers to use, and no extra fees are charged to users for our service. We sustain our operations through a commission arrangement agreed with venue owners (1% to 5%), which does not affect the price paid by the customer.

We will not use your personal information for any marketing purposes outside the scope of our services unless we obtain your explicit consent.

Acceptance of Terms: By using this website and making any booking through it, you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined here. You must be of legal adult age or otherwise legally authorized to enter into binding contracts in order to use this service.

Service Nature: The site provides an online platform that connects customers who wish to book event halls with the owners of those venues. The platform acts as an intermediary to facilitate the booking process and secure online payment, but it is not the owner or operator of any venue listed. The booking agreement is made directly between the customer and the hall owner, and the platform’s role is limited to coordination and facilitation between the two parties.

User Account: When you create an account on the site or make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information or to be used in violation of these terms.


Booking Procedure and Payment: To book a hall through the site, select the desired venue and complete the advance payment process to confirm the reservation. Payment is made via a secure, certified online payment gateway. All prices displayed on the site are in the local currency (Bahraini Dinar - BHD) and represent the total final amount to be paid by the customer with no hidden fees. A booking is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed, upon which the customer will receive an electronic confirmation with the booking details. The platform holds the paid amount securely and will transfer it to the hall owner after the event has taken place, according to the agreement with the hall owner.

Cancellation and Refunds: If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the Refund Policy published on the site will apply, which outlines the refund eligibility based on the timing of the cancellation request (see the “Refund Policy” section below for details). If the hall owner cancels the booking or is unable to provide the venue on the reserved date for any reason, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.

Liability and Disclaimer: The platform’s role is to facilitate the booking and payment process between the customer and the hall owner, and it is not responsible for the quality or suitability of the venue or for any issues, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event at the booked venue. Such responsibilities rest solely with the hall owner. Accordingly, the platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the service or attendance at the event. In the event that the platform is found legally liable to a customer for any reason, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the amount that the customer paid through the platform for the booking in question.


User Conduct: Users are required to use the website and its services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. Any misuse of the platform or engagement in activities that could harm the site, other users, or venue owners is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate the site’s systems, providing false information, or making bookings with the intent to cause harm. The platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s access if these terms or applicable laws are violated, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.

Modification of Terms: The platform may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective as soon as they are posted on the site. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms, the Bahraini courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle the matter.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy explains the conditions under which a booking cancellation will result in a refund of the amount paid, as outlined below:
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event date: The customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid (100% refund).
• Cancellation between 7 days and 30 days before the event date: The customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event date: The customer is not entitled to any refund of the amount paid, due to the short notice.

To request a cancellation, the customer must contact us either through the website or via customer support and provide details of the booking they wish to cancel. We will review the cancellation request and determine if it meets the above refund conditions. If a refund is due according to this policy, we will issue the refund to the same payment method that was used for the original booking. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date we confirm the cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your bank or credit card statement, depending on the processing times of your financial institution.

Product Pricing

The booking prices for venues are clearly displayed on our site for each listed hall. All prices are shown in the local currency (Bahraini Dinar - BHD) and include any applicable taxes or additional charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The price listed for a venue represents the total final amount that the customer will pay to complete the booking; no hidden fees or additional charges are imposed on the customer by the platform. Please note that the platform’s revenue comes from the commission agreed with the hall owner, but this commission does not affect the price paid by the user. Venue prices are subject to change by the venue owners at their discretion (for example, due to peak seasons or special promotions); however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored and will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.
